UW Redefined A Cappella
Happy Holidays to all our fans! We had a great year, and we’re already looking forward to the spring. In the spirit of the holidays, Redefined spent the weekend caroling in downtown Madison. For more pictures of our weekend (including an appearance from Santa!) check out our Flickr Photostream.
Redefined is proud to welcome Dieter Schaaf to the group! He’s our newest vocal percussionist, and we couldn’t be happier to have him in Redefined.
If you’re hoping to see Redefined this weekend, we’ll be caroling on State Street and the State Capitol in downtown Madison on Saturday afternoon (December 12) from about 12:30-1:30. We hope to see you out there!
Thank you to everyone who came to the show last night! This was our biggest turnout yet, and we’re so thrilled that everyone came out to see us. We hope you enjoyed our performance and our great opener, Stukenberg! Also, thanks to all of you, we were also able to collect a good amount of food for St. Vincent de Paul’s food pantry.
Vocal Percussion Auditions
If you’re interested in being a part of Redefined, you’re in luck! We’re looking for a new vocal percussionist, and we want to hear you lay down a beat. Auditions are Wednesday, December 9 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. in Humanities 2411. Come prepared with 30 seconds of a vocal percussion solo. To sign up for an audition slot, email Erica Nelson.
