Thanks to all our fans!

29628_836We want to thank everyone that came out to our spring show this weekend! It was our best show and audience yet, and we’re so thankful that all of you were there with us. We also want to thank Cork n’ Bottle for their fantastic opening performance. If you missed the show or just want to relive it, check out our Youtube channel! The entire show is posted. More photos from the show will also be posted to our Flickr Photostream in the next week or so.

We have a few more performances this semester, and then we’ll be in the studio recording our fifth album for a week in mid-May! The album will be released at the Fall 2010 show. We’ll be sure to keep you updated on our progress in the studio, so keep checking back for photos and stories from the studio!

Spring Concert Opener

corkbottleWe’re incredibly excited to announce that the Cork n’ Bottle String Band, Madison’s beloved bluegrass band, will be opening our spring concert! The concert is in less than two weeks, so be sure to get your tickets! For more details, check out the Facebook event.

The Cork ‘n Bottle String Band of Madison, Wisconsin was formed in 1996 by like-minded bluegrass enthusiasts. The band played at Ken’s Bar every Wednesday night from May of 1996 until November of 2002 when the bar was torn down. After a series of downtown taverns the band found a new home, and currently resides on the campus of the University of Wisconsin at the Memorial Union Rathskellar and Terrace.
